Welcome to Petal Zone. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Delivery Locations

Petal Zone delivers flowers, cakes, and gifts within Belgaum and selected locations outside Belgaum.

2. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location.
• Additional charges will apply for:
  • Midnight Deliveries (deliveries after 9:00 PM)
  • Special delivery requests
• Midnight delivery service is available only within Belgaum city limits.

3. Outstation Deliveries

For deliveries outside Belgaum, orders must be placed at least one day in advance to ensure timely processing and delivery.

4. Free Delivery Policy

Free delivery is applicable only within a 2 km radius inside Belgaum city limits. Additional delivery charges may apply beyond this range.

5. Online Payment & Price Variation

Flower prices may vary slightly for payments made through Razorpay due to exchange rate fluctuations or payment gateway charges. If you have any queries regarding payment differences, kindly contact your respective bank for clarification.

6. Product Representation

Products delivered may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website due to seasonal availability and design variations. However, we always strive to provide products that closely match the displayed images.

Additional charges may apply for customized or alternative flower arrangements requested by the customer.

7. Recipient Information

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate recipient details, including:

• Full Name
• Complete Address
• Landmark (if applicable)
• PIN Code
• Valid Contact Number

Petal Zone shall not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Deliveries to Institutions & Offices

Deliveries to hospitals, schools, military camps, offices, and business locations will be handed over at the reception or designated receiving area for internal distribution.

We recommend placing such orders for weekday deliveries rather than Saturdays or public holidays.

9. Same-Day Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver flowers on the same day whenever possible.

10. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery timelines may range between 0–7 working days, depending on product availability, location, weather conditions, and operational factors.
• Delivery timings requested by customers are considered preferred timings and may vary due to unavoidable circumstances.
